FUTA Post UTME / DE Form 2025/2026 Now Available
The FUTA Post UTME / DE Form for the 2025/2026 academic session is now officially on sale.
The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) invites applications from candidates who selected the institution as their first choice in the 2025 UTME and scored 180 or above. Direct Entry (DE) candidates who meet the entry requirements can also apply.
All applications must be submitted online between Friday, 25th July 2025 and Friday, 28th August 2025. Late applications will not be considered.

Who is Eligible?
To be considered for the FUTA Post UTME / DE screening, applicants must meet the following criteria:
UTME Candidates
- Scored 180 or above in the 2025 UTME
- Selected the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) as their first choice
- Obtained a minimum of five (5) O’level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings
- O’level results must be from recognized examination bodies: WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2025
Direct Entry Candidates
- Must have applied through JAMB Direct Entry
- Holders of ND, HND, NCE, JUPEB, or equivalent qualifications can apply
- Must satisfy the O’level requirements as listed above
How to Apply for FUTA Post UTME / DE Form
Follow these steps to complete your application successfully:
- Visit FUTA’s official website
- Navigate to the Admissions section and click on Post UTME / DE Application Portal
- Carefully fill in your JAMB registration number and ensure your full name matches your JAMB slip
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code through the portal
- Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee via Remita using any commercial bank or online payment method
- Return to the portal and complete the online application form
- Upload your passport photograph, UTME/DE details, and O’level results
- Print your registration slip after successful submission for record-keeping
Important Notes for FUTA Screening Applicants
- Ensure that your O’level results are uploaded to your JAMB CAPS profile before the screening deadline
- Share your UTME result with FUTA through your JAMB CAPS
- All application procedures and document uploads must be completed by Friday, 28th August 2025
- Candidates not screened will not be considered for admission—no exceptions
- Double-check your entries, especially your JAMB number and name, to avoid disqualification
