Imo State University, IMSU cut-off mark for 2022/2023 admission via Post-UTME screening has been announced. It was announced in the 2022/2023 IMSU Post-UTME screening advert released by the authorities of the University.

All prospective candidates who have chosen Imo State University during the conduct of 2022 JAMB UTME are hereby informed. Please check that you meet the IMSU Post-UTME cut off JAMB score requirements before applying for the screening exercise.

The admission cut-off points released by Imo State University is the minimum UTME score required for admission into degree programmes on offer in the University.

According to the information released by the school management, only candidates who chose Imo State University as their first choice in the 2020/2021 UTME/DIRECT ENTRY application and scored 150 and above are eligible for the screening.

The above statement means that IMSU cut-off mark is 150 for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Some Background

Historically, Imo State University has used 180 as the minimum JAMB UTME score for admission. However, as performances continue to drop and JAMB continues to lower the general cut-off marks, universities such as IMSU followed suit.
