The Kano state University of Science and Technology, Wudil, will on Saturday May 25, award the National Leader of the Action Congress of Nigeria and former Lagos state Governor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu an Honorary Doctorate Degree – Doctor of Science, Honoris Causa of the University.
A letter signed by the Acting Vice Chancellor of the Institution, Prof. U.G. Danbatta and made available to DailyPost, says the University Senate, Council and the Visitor to the University, Governor Rabiu Musa Kself-servicewaso have approved the award of the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science, Honris Causa to Senator Ahmad Bola Tinubu.
The event will hold at the 3rd Convocation ceremony of the institution in Wudil, Kano on Saturday May, 25th at 11am.
Sunday Dare, Special Adviser on Media to Aswiaju Bola Tinubu, added thatthe opposition leader, Tinubu has also been appointed as the Chancellor of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, and Ogbomosho.
