KwaraCAILS Admission Form 2025/2026 | ND & Diploma

The Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies (KwaraCAILS) Admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session is now open.

The KwaraCAILS, Ilorin, has commenced admissions into its newly approved National Diploma (ND) programmes as well as long-standing diploma and professional courses. Whether you’re a UTME candidate or a prospective diploma student, there’s a programme for you.

KwaraCAILS Admission Now Open

The sale of the KwaraCAILS admission forms for the 2025/2026 session has now been announced. With the approval of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), the college now offers several ND programmes, in addition to its existing diploma and professional courses. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome to apply.

Approved ND Programs at CAILS

Applicants with valid 2025 UTME scores can now apply for the following National Diploma (ND) courses:

ND in Law
ND in Common and Islamic Law
ND in Computer Science
ND in Accountancy
ND in Library and Information Science
ND in Mass Communication

Note: If you did not select CAILS as your first choice during UTME registration, you must visit the JAMB portal and perform a change of institution, making CAILS your first choice before applying.

Ongoing Admissions into Diploma and Professional Programs

In addition to the ND programmes, CAILS is also admitting students into its regular diploma and professional certificate courses. These include:

B. School of Arts and Islamic Studies (2-Year Diploma)

D. School of Education (3-Year Programme – NCE Equivalent)

Graduates of these programmes may proceed to HND or gain direct entry into 200-level university programmes locally and internationally.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for KwaraCAILS Admission 2025/2026, applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:

WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB with at least four credits, including relevant teaching subjects
Thanawiyyah or Tawjihiyyah certificates from recognized Arabic institutions
Certificate in Arabic and Islamic Studies from any approved tertiary institution
SAISSCE (recognized by NBAIS)
Any other qualifications deemed acceptable by the college’s academic board
