LASCON Post UTME Form 2025/2026: ND Nursing Admission

The LASCON Post UTME Form for the 2025/2026 academic session is officially available.

If you scored 200 or above in the 2025 UTME and selected Lagos State College of Nursing (LASCON), Igando, as your first choice, you can now apply for the ND/HND Nursing Programme. This is a non-terminal four-year course that includes a mandatory one-year internship upon graduation.

LASCON Post UTME Form: Who Is Eligible?

To apply for the LASCON Post UTME Form, you must meet the following requirements:

• UTME Score: Minimum of 200 in the 2025 UTME
• Institution Choice: LASCON must be your first-choice institution on JAMB
• O’Level Results: At least five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained from WAEC or NECO in no more than two sittings

• Application Deadline: Tuesday, 26th August 2025
• Computer-Based Screening Exam: Saturday, 13th September 2025

How to Apply for LASCON Post UTME Form

Follow the steps below to complete your application successfully:

1. Visit the official LASCON application portal
2. Click on the “Course” menu, then select “Apply”
3. Fill in the form with your:
   • Full Name
   • Course of Study
   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • JAMB Registration Number
4. Submit the form and check your email for a confirmation message.
5. Click the payment link in the email and pay a ₦15,000 non-refundable application fee online.
6. After payment, your Admission Number and Password will be sent to your email.
7. Log in to the portal with those credentials and complete your application by:
   • Entering personal and academic information
   • Uploading a recent passport photo (max size: 100kb)
   • Adding details of your sponsor/parent
   • Uploading O-Level results and any supporting documents
8. Change your password (optional), submit the completed form, and sign out.
9. Please print your Applicant Information Form and bring it to the screening centre.

LASCON Screening Exam Format

The screening is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) with questions from the following subjects:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
• Current Affairs

Prepare well using general science-based UTME materials. The college does not sell or endorse past questions; therefore, avoid purchasing any unofficial study materials.

LASCON Fees and Other Important Notes

• Acceptance Fee: ₦100,000 (non-refundable; payable after admission)
• Tuition Fee (Year One): ₦300,000 (payable before resumption)
• The programme is residential, so accommodation is compulsory
