LASPOTECH List of Documents for Registration (ND/HND) 2021/2022

The Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) releases the list of documents for ND and HND registration for the 2021/2022 academic session. To clarify, after every admission round, all students that get admission offer will go through a registration/screening procedure. LASPOTECH Registration Documents

The authorities of the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) requires all the newly admitted National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) candidates for the 2021/2022 academic session to go through this process. Find below the list of LASPOTECH registration documents.

Required Documents for ND Students

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA REGISTRATION 2021/2022 ADMISSION EXERCISE

1. JAMB Admission Letter
2. LASPOTECH Admission/Acceptance Letter
3. Acceptance Fees, Third Party & School Fees Receipts
4. LASPOTECH Post UTME Application Form
5. JAMB RESULT SLIP
6. CHANGE OF INSTITUTION JAMB SLIP
7. WAEC/ NECO/ NABTEB results
8. Passport Photograph (8 Nos)
9. Course Registration Forms
10. Letter of Undertaking by Student/ Parents
11. Matriculation Oath Parent/Guarantor Indemnity Form
12. Birth Certificate/Birth Affidavits
13. Clearance form signed by Departmental Registration Officer
14. Finger print verification and scanned form signed at the Central clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium Ikorodu Campus)

(5 copies of all documents to include Student’s personal copy).

1. LASPOTECH Application form
2. LASPOTECH Admission letter
3. WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results
4. Passport photograph (8 Nos)
5. Course registration forms
6. Letter of one year industrial attachment
7. Acceptance fee, Third Party & School Fees Receipts
8. Letter of Undertaking by Student/ Parent
9. Matriculation Oath/Parent/ Guarantor Indemnity Form
10. Birth Certificate/ Birth Affidavits
11. National Diploma Result/ Certificate
12. Clearance form signed by Departmental Registration Officer
13. Finger print verification and scanned form signed at the Central clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium Ikorodu Campus)
