Nasarawa State indigenes studying law at the Nigerian Law School have rejected and protested against the new bursary. There was a 80 percent reduction in the Bursary and the students have rejected it out rightly.

The Nasarawa State indigenes studying in the Nigerian Law Schools protested against 80% slash of their bursary.

Law students of Nasarawa State origin bursary that used to be N500,000 has been reduced to N100,000.

 Namo Samson Atari, chairman of the Joint Campus Committee (JCC) of the Nigerian Law Students of Nasarawa State, said that the students resolved earlier at the weekend after a meeting not to accept the bursary.
