You are eligible to apply for the OOU Post UTME / DE Form if:

You chose OOU in the 2025 UTME and scored at least 160.
You scored 160 or above but did not choose OOU; however, you are willing to change your first-choice institution to OOU on the JAMB portal before starting registration.
You have uploaded your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS.
You are a foreign applicant or a candidate with disabilities—in these cases, you are exempt from the screening test.

For Direct Entry Applicants

You can register if:

You possess A’ Level, OND, HND, NCE, JUPEB, or a first degree, and have applied for Direct Entry admission to OOU through JAMB.
You hold a Diploma from OOU and have applied for Direct Entry with your complete documents.
You have a Diploma from another institution with at least Upper Credit and have applied for Direct Entry admission to OOU via JAMB.

How to Apply for the OOU Post UTME / DE Form

Step 1: Payment

Fee: ₦2,000 (covers screening and administrative charges).
Portal: OOU PUTME Application Portal
Create your profile using your correct UTME number (wrong details will void your application).
Make a payment online through the portal.

Step 2: Registration

Fill out the online application form on the portal.
At least one week before the screening date, print your OOU Screening Pass from the same portal.
