Eligibility Criteria for UNIBEN Post-UTME 2024/2025

To be eligible for the UNIBEN Post-UTME screening, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. JAMB Requirement:
    • Applicants must have participated in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME examination.
  2. First Choice Institution:
    • UNIBEN must be selected as the first-choice institution in JAMB.
  3. UTME Score:
    • A minimum score of 200 in the UTME is required to be eligible for the Post-UTME screening.
  4. O’Level Results:
    • Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or an equivalent examination.
    • These credits must include English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects.
    • All O’Level results must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
  5. Valid Email Address:
    • Applicants are required to have a functional email account before commencing their application.

UNIBEN Post-UTME 2024/2025 Application Process

Follow these steps to apply for the UNIBEN Post-UTME screening:

1. Application Timeframe

  • Start Date: 8:00 a.m. on Friday, 16th August 2024
  • End Date: Midnight on Friday, 13th September 2024

2. Starting Your Application

3. Registration

  • Click on ‘Register for Application’ located at the top left corner of the page.
  • Enter your surname and JAMB Registration number to generate your unique ID and password.

4. Login and Complete Your Application

  • Use your newly created ID and password to log into the WAEUP KOFA Student Portal.
  • Click on ‘Application Record’ to input all required details.
  • Upload a recent passport photograph following the specifications below.

5. Photo Specifications

  • The photograph must be a 1×1 colour passport with a red background in JPEG format.
  • This photo will serve as your ID throughout your stay at UNIBEN.

6. Payment

  • The screening fee is N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira).
  • Payment can be made via any ATM-enabled card at commercial banks.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to pay through Remita.

7. Finalising Your Application

  • Double-check all provided information before submitting your application as corrections are not allowed after submission.
  • After submission, print out the Acknowledgment Slip and the Screening Invitation Slip.

UNIBEN Post-UTME Screening Schedule and Grouping of Courses

The Post-UTME screening exercise will take place from Monday, 7th October 2024 to Saturday, 12th October 2024, at the designated screening centres within the Ugbowo Campus. The screening will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT).

  • Return online on 27th September 2024 to print your acknowledgment slip and confirm your screening schedule.

Candidates are advised to arrive at least one hour before their scheduled screening time.
