How To Check 2022 Junior WAEC Result (BECE for JSS3)

This is to inform all parents and guardians that the 2022 National Common Entrance Examination Results have been released.

Candidates should buy the NECO Result Cards at the NECO office. At of this year, you do not need to purchase a token or scratch card. Therefore, all you have to do is fill in the required information (exam year, exam type, and registration number) by following the instructions below.

  • Candidates or their parent should visit 
  • Choose Exam year, that is 2022
  • Now, choose the exam type, in this case “Basic Education Certificate Result”
  • Enter registration number in the respective field
  • After that, click on Check Result to view your ward’s result. 
  • You should now see your result or the result of your child revealed on the screen. You may want to print the result for future references.
  • Lastly, click on Check Result to view your ward’s result.

How To Check JSS3 BECE Result By State

All states can check their result with the instructions above. By all states, we mean Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Gombe, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Zamfara.   • Enter Pin Code and Examination Number in the respective fields
  • Finally, click on the Submit to access your ward’s result.

Bauchi State:

  • Students or their parents must go to Bauchi State Ministry of Education portal online at
  • Next, click on the Login to your Account button
  • Enter your Pin Code in the field specified
  • Lastly, on the Sign in to view your ward’s result.

Lagos State

All principals of public junior secondary schools in the state were urged to pick up their students’ school results at the appropriate Education District Headquarters, according to a statement signed by the director of the Lagos State Examinations Board, Mr. Orunsolu Adebayo.

Principals of Approved Private Junior Secondary Schools that participated in the examination to visit the Board’s Head Office at 254, Ipaja Road, Agege, close to the NYSC Orientation Camp, to collect the results of their students.

Re-sit exam for applicants who failed English Studies, Mathematics, or both will take place provisionally on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at various designated centres across Lagos State’s six education districts.

Nasarawa State:

  • Students need to visit
