They are hereby informed that they are to proceed with their clearance. They are to ensure that they take note of the following documents for 2019/2020 admission clearance exercise.

- Jamb Result Slip
- COOU Post Utme Screening Acknowledgement Slip
- Admission Notification Slip.
- Acceptance Form
- COOU School Fees Receipt
- Local Government Identification Letter.
- Birth Certificate/affidavit of Age Declaration
- Student Profile Update
- Letter of Attestation
- Letter of Undertaking
PLEASE NOTE:
- Photocopy each of the above mentioned documents three and get an office flat file for each of them.
- Your O’LEVEL result must not be original but I advise you get original jamb result.
- Then buy three office flat file and arrange each of them in the format given to you by your faculty officer.

- Acceptance Fee Remita Retrieval Reference and the Bank Teller
- Personal Data Form
- Acceptance of Offer of Admission
- Students Medical Exam Form
- Cult Rejection Form
- Letter of Undertaking
- University Pledge
- Letter of Attestation
- Identification Letter from L.G.A
- Certificate of Birth
- Course Registration Form (Original in Exam File)
- One (1) Passport Photograph on each file
