The outcome of the meeting between ASUU leadership and the Federal Government was good. The meeting was successful and there are rumours from some quarters that the strike may be called off soon. It was also reported that both parties were smiling after the meeting. They however declined comments and refused to respond to questions from journalists. That’s how the meeting with the Senate President ended.

ASUU representatives will reportedly meet with other members this week to give them feedback.
It is also not news that the Union leaders are in a crucial meeting with President Goodluck Jonathan. Nothing has been heard from the meeting and we are all waiting patiently for the outcome. Hopes are presently on the high.
