University of Lagos Collection of Certificates Procedure
- Payment of N5,000 for certificate and folder.
- Collection of University Clearance Form from the Department.
- Submission of receipt for payment and completed Clearance Form to the Faculty Officer.
- Collection of Certificate from Faculty Office on submission of University Identity Card.
