This is a very good news coming the way of students of the Ekiti State University (EKSU) who resumed for academic activities on Monday, June 3rd, 2013. The good news is that the state Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi has advised the authorities of the institution to allow students pay their school fees in installments.
Governor of Ekiti State, Dr Kayode Fayemi, who also doubles as the Visitor to Ekiti State University (EKSU), gave the advice after a series of meetings he had with the representatives of the students, the Parents Forum and the authorities of the institution.
The Governor in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Olayinka Oyebode, however said that the format to be adopted for payment would be worked out by the authorities of the institutions and communicated to the students accordingly.
Governor Fayemi urged the students to reciprocate this gesture by complying with the arrangement that would be put in place by the University authorities for the payment of the school fees in Installments.
