- Convocation Lecture: A discourse on the internationalisation of university education, delivered by His Excellency Mr. Humphrey D. Geiseb, High Commissioner of Namibia to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Graduands’ Cocktail: A formal gathering to celebrate the success of the graduands.
- Conferment of First Degrees and Presentation of Prizes: The core of the convocation, recognising the hard work and success of the students.
