Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba, AAUA Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening forms for 2019/2020 academic session is out on sale. Interested candidates who chose AAUA as during the 2018 UTME and DE registration are hereby notified.
This is to inform all candidates for 2019/2020 Post UTME that the screening application will close 31st August 2019.
This to inform all prospective candidates that Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening exercise application form for admission into all course available for the 2019/2020 academic session is now on sale. AAUA Post- UTME cut-off mark for admission has also been announced.
All eligible candidates are to visit the University website, to register for the screening test as from 30th July, 2019 after the payment of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only, including bank charges.
Eligibility Criteria for AAUA Post-UTME & Direct Entry Screening for 2019/2020
- Those who made Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) their institution of first choice in the 2019/2020 UTME and scored 170 and above;
- Direct Entry candidates who chose AAUA as their institution of first choice; and
- Those who sat for the 2019/2020 UTME, scored 170 & above and are willing to make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko their institution of first choice.
NOTE: Candidates who did not make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, their institution of first choice initially, but are willing to choose AAUA, should make the necessary change of Institution on JAMB CAPS to AAUA not later than 9th September, 2018.
AAUA Post-UTME / Direct Entry Screening Form & How To Apply For 2019/2020 Academic Session
- Candidates are advised to apply online at https://aaue.waeup.org and make payment with their ATM debit cards on Interswitch.
All such candidates must upload their coloured passport photographs, fill in all relevant certificates/documents (WAEC/NECO/NATEB etc.) with the correct examination number, exam date, exam type, scratch card PIN and serial number) to the portal.
Candidates should preview and confirm that the passport photograph is properly uploaded as no compliant of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after submission of forms.
All Direct Entry candidates who applied to JAMB for admission and chose Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, as Institution of First Choice are also required to complete the online application form for their screening exercise. All such candidates must enter all relevant certificates/documents (WAEC/NECO/NATEB, NEC, DIPLOMA/DEGREE etc.) with the correct examination number and pin) to the Portal.
All candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry) are to note that:
i. The cost of the online Application form is N2,000.00(Two thousand naira) only.
ii. All names should be written in full when completing the online application form as
no initials shall be entertained.
Mode of Screening:
The screening exercise for all candidates would be done strictly ONLINE by screening of qualifying results of candidates. There shall be no physical screening.
ONLINE screening for candidates with awaiting result will be done at a later date to be communicated to affected candidates.
Application forms for both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates will be available online for completion and submission from Monday, 17th of June, 2019 to Saturday 31st August, 2019.
Candidates should check the University website ww.aauekpoma.edu.ng and Portal at https://aaue.waeup.org regularly for other details on the application/admission procedure.
- Any Applicant who fails to fill and submit the form online may forteit his/her eligibility for consideration of the 2019/2020 academic session’s admission exercise.
- Applicants that provide false information or upload incorrect credentials online will automatically be ‘disqualified’
